Golden Gate Philharmonic
Filling a need in the Bay Area for superior ensemble
training, the unique Golden Gate Philharmonic format has been nationally
recognized for its effectiveness. GGP training includes Chamber Music,
Theory and the opportunity for qualified students to perform with
orchestral accompaniment (rare at this level.) Graduates of the program
have gone on to greater glory with college and music camp scholarships
and as members of the San Francisco Symphony Youth Orchestra.

Berkeley Youth
Orchestra The Berkeley Youth Orchestra is a group of
gifted and accomplished young musicians. It is designed to provide a
stimulating, high quality musical experience and instruction in
orchestral technique, literature, ensemble and musicianship. The
program includes an exciting weekend retreat at the Cazadero Performing
Arts Camp. Playing in the orchestra is fun and becomes an important
part of the lives of its important for all musically talented students
to share their skills and gifts with others. Therefore, Orchestra
Members are required to participate in their school music programs.

East Bay Youth
Band The East Bay Youth Band is now in its second year.
Founded by charter Cazadero board member, educator and master trombone
player, Travis Davison, the group has grown to 22 members, many of whom
attend summer camp at Caz. Thanks to a generous gift from Beth Lutt,
there are five partial scholarships for East Bay Youth Band players to
