Cazadero seats a full Concert Band, Orchestra, and Jazz Ensemble; we offer instruction on the full range of band and orchestra instruments plus World Beat (Young Musicians only), Guitar (all sessions except Young Musicians) and Piano. Campers choose one primary instrument for camp and will receive ensemble assignments and sectional instruction on that instrument exclusively throughout their session. One of the goals of the Caz program is to allow a young musician to experience a week (or two in more advanced sessions) of focused practice on one instrument. Campers are welcome to bring a secondary instrument to play in an elective class if they wish.
