Bequests

Beneficiary Designations

Retained Life Estate

Want to donate your home but you would like to continue using it? This gift will allow you to live in your home for your lifetime, but donate it to Cazadero Performing Arts Camp after your lifetime. You continue to pay real estate taxes, maintenance fees and insurance on the property. Cazadero would not actually take possession of the residence until after your lifetime.
