Our people are the secret ingredient to the “Caz Magic” and these positions haven’t had much turnover recently, so it’s a rare opportunity to join the Caz leadership team.
Enrollment Manager (Year-Round / Berkeley Office)
After nearly two decades of incredible service in the Berkeley Office, Emily Brockman, is retiring. Emily has been the steady hand guiding thousands of families through the registration process. While we will miss her presence immensely, we are now looking for a tech-savvy, excellent communicator and administrator to carry her legacy forward. This Berkeley-based role is the primary bridge between our programs and our families.
Food Service Director (Seasonal / Sonoma County Site)
As we prepare for another Caz legend to retire, Ms. Pat, we are also looking for a talented individual to lead our culinary team at camp! We know that great camp experiences require great fuel, and our kitchen is the heart of the campsite. This role is perfect for culinary professionals who love the outdoors, enjoy working in a vibrant community setting, and want to make a tangible impact on young artists.

- All-Programs Lead: One person to manage our Spring, Summer, and Fall programs.
- Seasonal Support: Separate individuals to lead either the Summer session or our Spring/Fall retreats.
